GOD’S FAITHFULNESS TO ISRAEL AND THE BODY OF CHRIST

GOD’S FAITHFULNESS TO ISRAEL AND THE BODY OF CHRIST

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
Psalm 121:3-4

On June 21, 2025, under a directive from the Commander in Chief (President Donald J. Trump), the United States Military exceptionally executed their objective, Operation Midnight Hammer, which was a historical and unprecedented military strike that targeted three of Iran’s central nuclear facilities: the formidable and purportedly impregnable Fordow (deeply constructed 300 feet under a mountain), Natanz, and Isfahan. The scope, stealth, and strategy behind the strike were remarkably robust in execution. And this momentous mission is believed to be one of the most unparalleled military campaigns in the last 50 years! Consider with me the extraordinary events of Operation Midnight Hammer.

According to our Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Dan Caine:

  • Seven B-2 stealth bombers flew from Missouri on an 18-hour mission, using in-air refueling and deception tactics to avoid detection.

  • The operation comprised over 125 U.S. aircraft, including fighter escorts, refueling planes, and surveillance jets.

  • It showcased the first-ever combat use of the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, a 30,000-pound “bunker buster” bomb designed to destroy deeply buried targets.

  • A U.S. submarine also launched Tomahawk cruise missiles at the Isfahan site.

On Saturday, June 21, 2025, a televised address to the nation was made by President Donald Trump after the U.S. airstrikes on the three Iranian nuclear facilities at 10 p.m. Eastern Time from the White House. The president closed his remarks to the nation and the world with: THANK YOU GOD, WE LOVE YOU GOD.

Without apology and emphatically, I submit to you that the President of the United States of America’s closing statements shouted to the nation and the world that when he made the decision to give the command of Operation MIDNIGHT HAMMER, he marched and moved in the motto that marks our country’s currency: IN GOD WE TRUST.

Proverbs 16:9 A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.

This passage points to the fact that while we may plan, it is God who eventually guides the direction of our leaders. Trusting in His plan can bring peace and victory to the nation as we cross and are confronted with considerable challenges.

Check out next week’s communication as I continue to call our attention to the fact that God is faithful to Israel and the Christians.

Not a sermon, just some thoughts.
